Course change notice (October 22 – November 9)
Due to difficulties sourcing live king crab, reservations from October 22 to November 9 will be served Snow Crab Omakase instead of King Crab. The price is JPY 44,000 per guest (tax included), payable in full in advance. Your reservation is confirmed after payment.
Reservation payment
In light of recent reservation cancellations, we kindly require full payment of the course price in advance.

Payment is accepted by credit card only.
Payment deadline
Web card payment is immediate. Your table is held for 10 minutes while you enter your card details. Telephone invoices are payable within 24 hours of issuance; unpaid reservations are automatically cancelled after that deadline.
Beverages
Our winter Matsuba crab courses include beverages in the course price, allowing you to savour your meal and enjoy drinks at your leisure.
Please note that certain premium beverages are available at an additional charge.
Regarding the reservation deadline
* Online reservations are accepted until 11:59 PM (JST), two days before your visit.
* Reservations for the day before and the same day are accepted by telephone only.
* Only same-day telephone reservations are payable upon arrival.

Your Reservation
Private rooms are in a separate building from the main restaurant. Please come to Tsukiya at Nishi-Tenma, Bettei (Annex), 3-8-7 Nishitenma, Kita-ku, Osaka.
Cancellation Policy
As we select and prepare ingredients especially for each reservation, the following charges apply to cancellations and changes.
Cancellation fees
From 3 days before your visit through the day of your visit: 100% of the course price.
No-show: 100% of the course price.
Changes to guests or date
From 3 days before the reservation, a reduction in guest count or a date change incurs 100% of the course price for the affected guests. Use the guest-count change link in your confirmation email to change the number of guests, with a minimum of 2 and subject to your table capacity. Please contact the restaurant for date changes.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be treated as cancelled.
